Position Summary
Reporting to the VP of Investor Relations & Marketing, the Associate Director of Investor Relations & Marketing is responsible for supporting the coordination, communication, and operations of the Investor Relations Program. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and intellectually curious, with a demonstrated ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Project manage the implementation of investor relations CRM (i.e., Salesforce)
- Maintain the CRM (i.e., Salesforce) by updating investor profiles and adding meeting notes
- Run and prepare activity reports (i.e., pipeline, etc.) on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis for the senior leadership group
- Draft investor-related communication materials (i.e., quarterly letters, press releases, and emails)
- Assist in executing the Investor Relations strategy by creating and managing relationship plans (i.e., meetings, personalized content, communications, etc.)
- Assist in preparing, reviewing, and maintaining investor-related documents (i.e., pitch decks, investor FAQ, Private Placement Memorandum, Limited Partner Agreement, etc.)
- Coordinate Limited Partner (LP) meetings and prepare required meeting materials for the senior leadership group (i.e., meeting notes, research, agenda items)
- Manage event coordination and content creation (i.e., annual meetings, etc.)
- Assist in cross-functional initiatives and projects (i.e., investor reporting requests, issues, questions, contact information change, etc.)
Qualifications
- Strong project management skills – organized and thorough with acute attention to detail
- Impact-oriented with high prioritization skills, ability to oversee multiple tasks, and deliver projects in a timely manner
- Highly collaborative with excellent communication (written and oral), strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work well in a team structure
- Strong work ethic, proven ability to take initiave and proactively identify issues, capacity to thrive in a challenging environment
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (specifically, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Able to maintain high level of discretion when managing confidential and privileged information
- Comfortable working in a small team environment and serve in various roles and capacities
- Functional familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms a plus
