Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner, Talent Acquisition

Alumni Ventures is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to help scale their teams. This role involves leading recruitment efforts, collaborating with senior leaders, and enhancing the candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in talent acquisition and a passion for building inclusive teams. This position is based in Manchester, New Hampshire, and requires on-site work five days a week.

What You’ll Do

• Lead recruitment efforts for various roles, from entry-level to senior leadership.
• Work closely with senior leaders to align hiring strategies with business goals.
• Design and implement structured interviewing frameworks.
• Enhance candidate experience and promote the employer brand.
• Manage early talent programs and build partnerships with academic institutions.
• Analyze recruiting metrics to improve processes and outcomes.
• Advise leaders on hiring quality and culture fit.

What You Need

• 5–7+ years of experience in talent acquisition.
• At least 2 years in a senior or lead-level recruiting role.
• Experience with Greenhouse and sourcing platforms.
• Ability to hire across various functions and levels.
• Knowledge of sourcing strategies and candidate engagement.
• Experience in building talent programs and campus initiatives.
• Strong skills in talent analytics and data storytelling.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
