Summer Analyst, Business Development

StepStone Group is looking for motivated undergraduate students for their Business Development Summer Analyst position. This internship will take place in La Jolla, CA, and offers a chance to learn about private wealth management while assisting the business development team. Interns will gain practical experience, develop key skills, and contribute to various projects within the firm.

What You’ll Do

• Help the business development team with data entry and analytics
• Prepare sales materials and schedule meetings
• Support during sales calls and presentations
• Research potential clients and market trends
• Assist with various ad hoc projects

What You Need

• Must be a current undergraduate student graduating between December 2026 and June 2027
• GPA of 3.5 or higher
• Strong skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good analytical skills with a knack for numbers
• Team player with a proactive attitude
