Summer Analyst, Human Capital

Apollo Global Management is looking for a Summer Analyst in Human Capital for their 2026 program. This internship offers a chance to work on various projects related to recruitment, talent development, and HR operations. Interns will collaborate with experienced professionals and gain insights into the employee lifecycle while contributing to meaningful initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• Support various Human Capital projects and initiatives.
• Assist with day-to-day tasks and long-term projects.
• Help improve processes and update documentation.
• Conduct research to aid decision-making.
• Build relationships and understand different HC functions.
• Work with the Talent team on employee experience elements.
• Bring creativity and analytical thinking to special projects.

What You Need

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong academic record and interest in finance or human capital.
• Good critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and speaking.
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Experience with Excel and AI tools.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and HRIS tools is a plus.
