Summer Analyst, Portfolio Human Capital

The 2026 Summer Analyst position at General Atlantic offers a unique opportunity to work with the Portfolio Human Capital team in New York. What You’ll Do

• Support the team with executive talent initiatives across portfolio companies.
• Identify potential executive candidates using various research tools.
• Conduct industry and company research to aid talent mapping.
• Prepare research summaries and candidate materials for the team.
• Assist with candidate tracking and administrative tasks during search processes.
• Help maintain the GA Talent Bank by organizing candidate information.
• Support data clean-up and documentation initiatives.
• Track search activity and maintain reports for presentations.

What You Need

• Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate institution, graduating in December 2026 or Spring 2027.
• Strong academic performance and leadership experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Intellectually curious and eager to learn.
• Creative problem-solver with strong analytical skills.

• Interest in human capital and talent strategy.
