What You’ll Do
- Support the team with executive talent initiatives across portfolio companies.
- Identify prospective executive candidates using various research tools.
- Conduct industry and company research to aid talent mapping.
- Prepare research summaries and candidate materials for the team.
- Assist with candidate tracking and note-taking during search processes.
- Maintain the GA Talent Bank by organizing candidate information.
- Help with data clean-up and process documentation.
- Track search activity and maintain internal reports for presentations.
What You Need
- Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate institution in the UK.
- Graduating in December 2026 or Spring 2027.
- Strong academic and leadership achievements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Intellectually curious and dedicated to learning.
- Creative problem-solver with strong analytical skills.
- Interest in human capital and talent strategy.
