Summer Analyst, Private Equity Buyout

StepStone Group is looking for motivated undergraduate students to join their Private Equity team as Summer Analysts. This internship offers a chance to dive into the private equity world, analyzing deals and funds while working closely with experienced professionals. What You’ll Do

• Analyze co-investment opportunities and secondary transactions
• Work with fund managers and portfolio companies for in-depth analysis
• Conduct financial modeling and research on various companies
• Prepare investment memorandums for the Investment Committee
• Gather insights from senior executives about fund managers
• Research macroeconomic trends across different industries

What You Need

• Must be an undergraduate student graduating between December 2027 and June 2028
• GPA of 3.5 or higher
• Strong skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Team-oriented and proactive mindset
