Summer Associate, Investment Associate

Chicago Pacific Founders is looking for a Summer 2026 Investment Associate to join their team. In this role, you’ll dive into financial modeling, conduct due diligence, and help execute transactions in the healthcare sector. What You’ll Do

• Build and refine financial models to evaluate investments
• Conduct thorough research on potential investment opportunities
• Analyze portfolio company performance
• Support transaction execution from start to finish
• Prepare presentations for the investment committee
• Assist in fundraising and investor relations activities

What You Need

• Strong academic background with solid analytical skills
• 2-3 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or private equity
• Good understanding of financial modeling and valuation
• Excellent research and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a team environment
