What You’ll Do

- Prepare presentation materials for internal reviews.

What You Need
- Current MBA student (Class of 2027) focusing on Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or corporate finance; real estate experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and communication skills.
- Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Argus or similar tools is a bonus.
- Genuine interest in real estate investing and asset management.
- Self-motivated team player who can juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
