Summer Investment Associate, Venture Investing

Quona Capital is looking for four enthusiastic interns to join their investment team for the Summer of 2026. This role will focus on sourcing and evaluating fintech investment opportunities in Africa and MENA. Interns will work closely with experienced team members and gain hands-on experience in the venture capital space.

What You’ll Do

• Source and filter investment opportunities in the fintech space.
• Support the investment team with due diligence and deal processes.
• Develop financial models and conduct company valuations.
• Conduct research on fintech trends and competitors.
• Assist portfolio companies with operational projects.

What You Need

• Currently enrolled in a top-tier MBA or graduate program.
• Passionate about technology, entrepreneurship, and financial inclusion.
• Team player ready to support collective goals.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• 3 or more years of relevant experience in investment evaluation or consulting.
