Responsibilities
50% AI Solution Architecture and User Experience Design:
- Lead the design and architecture of AI solutions, ensuring they meet both technical specifications and user expectations.
- Oversee the implementation of UX/UI best practices in the development of AI applications.
30% Quality Assurance and Compliance Oversight:
- Manage the quality assurance processes to ensure AI solutions adhere to the highest standards.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and ethical standards throughout the AI development lifecycle.
20% Stakeholder Engagement and Team Collaboration:
- Serve as a key liaison between the AI team, compliance officers, and business units to integrate and align AI solutions with business requirements.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of UX and compliance into AI projects.
Qualifications
Education & Certificates
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, UX Design, or a related field preferred.
Professional Experience
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in AI design and development, with a strong focus on user experience and quality assurance, strongly preferred
