Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in Europe with lead generation, investor outreach, follow-ups, and meeting coordination.
- Facilitate cross-team coordination on ad-hoc work streams.
- Manage the team’s task list and ensure prompt internal coordination for follow-up responses.
- Maintain fundraising pipelines by geographies and products to consolidate the European team’s efforts in real-time.
- Support investor meetings and events by hosting meetings, assisting with on-site due diligence, and coordinating with the investment team.
- Prepare and distribute pre-meeting briefings to participants.
- Play a key role in organizing investor events and managing the conference calendar.
- Handle the distribution of marketing materials and assist with ad-hoc presentation materials.
- Attend meetings, draft notes for DealCloud, and manage follow-ups on investor requests.
- CRM Maintenance:
- Maintain the central CRM database (DealCloud) for sales professionals.
- Analyse fundraising data, track investor commitments, and report to senior management.
- Serve as the point person for DealCloud, enhancing its build-out and reporting functions.
- Utilise DealCloud for large-scale prospecting activities. Respond to ad-hoc requests, such as generating investor lists for specific funds or detailing commitment information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.3 required.
Professional Experience
- Seeking a candidate with 1-3 years of experience in a related field.
- Preference for experience in investor relations within an investment firm, placement agent, or consultancy.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, are essential.
- Familiarity with a CRM system, such as DealCloud, is advantageous.
