Company Description
The Impact Venture was founded during our time at UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business. Our mission is to empower international and female students and graduates with no finance backgrounds, no work experience, to launch their first job in investment and finance. We provide hands-on investment experience, comprehensive training, and career opportunities to help you break into the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead efforts to raise capital for investments and projects in renewable energy, biotech, and clean tech.
- Develop and nurture strategic relationships with entrepreneurs and industry leaders.
- Conduct deal evaluations, due diligence, and preparation of comprehensive investment memos.
- Manage transaction processes and take an active role in investment decisions.
Requirements:
- Graduated from a reputable university in the U.S. or internationally.
- Open to all degree backgrounds; international students with STEM degrees are encouraged to apply.
