What You’ll Do
- Build relationships with entrepreneurs and investors
- Develop investment theses through market research

What You Need
- 2+ years of relevant experience for Associate, 5+ years for VP
- Strong interest in crypto, fintech, and software ecosystems
- Experience in venture capital or growth equity preferred
- Strong quantitative skills, especially in financial modeling
- Ability to work independently and drive projects
