Unity Growth Fund is looking for a Venture Partner to join their team in the Washington DC-Baltimore area. This role involves building relationships with investors, executing fundraising strategies, and managing investor relations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in capital raising, particularly in the technology sector, and will thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and engage potential investors to build strong relationships.
• Execute fundraising strategies to raise capital for fund vehicles.
• Manage the due diligence process for potential investors.
• Close investment commitments and onboard new investors smoothly.
• Maintain relationships with existing investors and provide updates on fund performance.
• Represent the firm at industry events and conferences.
• Expand your network to identify new potential investors.

What You Need

• Proven track record in raising capital for private equity or venture capital funds.
• Experience in capital raising and investor relations, especially in tech.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Robust network within high-net-worth and institutional investment communities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field; MBA preferred.
