Venture Partner, Venture Partnerships

Mercurius Media Capital is looking for a Venture Partnerships professional to help build and maintain relationships within the venture capital and private equity ecosystems. This role focuses on strategic relationship-building and supporting portfolio companies in their fundraising efforts. You’ll represent MMC at industry events and help connect startups with relevant investors, all while contributing to a unique media for equity investment model.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain relationships with venture capital and private equity firms.
• Support portfolio companies in their fundraising efforts.
• Attend industry events to enhance visibility and build new relationships.
• Plan and execute MMC-hosted events for VCs and founders.
• Track market trends and produce internal reports.
• Collaborate with the investment team for seamless introductions.

What You Need

• 3-5 years of experience in a venture ecosystem-facing role.
• Ability to build and manage relationships with investors and private equity groups.
• Familiarity with the startup and investor landscape.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and a professional demeanor.
• Experience in organizing events or investor roundtables is a plus.
