Visiting Analyst, Fundraising – Venture Capital

HTGF is looking for a Visiting Analyst to join their Fundraising team in Bonn. This internship offers a unique opportunity to dive into the world of venture capital, where you’ll assist in identifying potential investors and preparing for investor meetings. You’ll gain valuable experience and insights into the startup ecosystem while working alongside a dedicated team.

What You’ll Do

• Research and identify potential investors for our funds
• Prepare and follow up on meetings with investors, including creating presentations
• Conduct market and competitive analysis related to investor trends
• Help create fund reports and other materials for investors
• Assist in organizing investor events and conferences

What You Need

• Open and curious personality, great for connecting with investors
• Strong academic background (at least 4 semesters in Business, Finance, or similar)
• Some experience in Finance, Investor Relations, consulting, or startups is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Passionate about the venture capital and startup ecosystem
• Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive work style
• Analytical and pragmatic approach to tasks
• Strong communication skills in both German and English
