Visiting Associate, Venture Investing

First Momentum Ventures is looking for a Visiting Associate to join their investment team for 6 to 12 months starting in January/February 2026. This role is perfect for individuals with 1-3 years of experience who want to dive into the venture capital world. You’ll have the chance to source startups, engage in the investment process, and support portfolio companies while working in a flexible and collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do

• Source promising tech founders and startups across Europe.
• Engage in the entire investment process from due diligence to closing deals.
• Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies and market trends.
• Support portfolio companies with hands-on projects and operational improvements.

What You Need

• 1-3 years of work experience in startups, consulting, or technical roles.
• Strong analytical skills to navigate technical papers and business models.
• Ability to take ownership and execute plans independently.
• Genuine curiosity about technical domains and breakthrough technologies.
• Fluent communication skills in both German and English.
