We’re looking for a Chief of Staff to partner with the incredible Soona Amhaz at Volt Capital.

Volt is focused on elevating crypto founders who are reimagining our systems. They’ve made 60+ investments since their founding in 2021, and are backed by industry titans like Marc Andreessen, Elad Gil, Chris Dixon, Dylan Field, and more.

This is a great opportunity to join a strong team and learn from a true badass. You’ll work with the growing portfolio, help develop and manage internal firm processes, be the connector of the Volt ecosystem, and use your operational chops to improve the day-to-day.

We’re looking for someone who is a strong communicator, resourceful, action and detail oriented, and has a service mindset.

This is a hybrid role, based in downtown Manhattan.
