What You’ll Do

  • Develop strategic vision and research pipeline for execution research.

  • Identify drivers of execution performance and analyze them.

What You Need

  • 8 to 10 years of experience in a quantitative role.
  • Strong interest in global equity market microstructure.
  • Experience with electronic and algorithmic execution.
  • Excellent coding skills in Python, R, SQL, or kdb/Q.
  • Ability to manage research projects and multiple stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
