What You’ll Do
- Act as a strategic partner on business controlling matters
- Monitor portfolio company performance and fund liquidity
- Lead valuation work on portfolio companies
- Contribute to strategic planning and annual budgeting
- Help streamline team structures and processes
- Drive data quality and digitalization initiatives
What You Need
- University degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial, business, or cost controlling
- Experience in financial services or Big 4 is a plus
- Advanced Excel and BI skills
- Strong analytical skills with practical judgment
- Fluent in written and spoken English
