Vice President, Capital Solutions – Credit

The Vice President of Capital Solutions at Ares Management will play a key role in enhancing the firm’s counterparty reporting and coverage infrastructure. This position involves developing analytics and standardized materials to support senior leadership in evaluating bank relationships. The role requires collaboration with various teams to ensure high-quality information is used in strategic decision-making.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain a centralized view of bank activity across the firm.
• Develop dynamic reporting tools and dashboards for counterparty data.
• Support strategic decision-making with structured reporting and analysis.
• Consolidate interactions with banks into clear, standardized outputs.
• Produce executive-level materials for senior discussions.
• Work closely with technology teams to enhance reporting systems.
• Ensure consistent use of CRM systems and improve data quality.

What You Need

• 6+ years of experience in capital markets, treasury, or a strategy role.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with Excel and data visualization tools.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage complex datasets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with standardization and process improvement.
• Understanding of how reporting supports relationship management.
• SIE, Series 63 and 79 or ability to obtain within 90 days.
