Vice President, Capital Solutions – Credit Strategy

Ares Management is looking for a Vice President to join their Global Capital Solutions team. In this role, you’ll be involved in structuring and managing a variety of financing solutions. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and have the chance to engage with investors and other financing partners. What You’ll Do

• Support the structuring and execution of various financing transactions.
• Analyze market conditions and evaluate financing alternatives.
• Develop complex financial models for transactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for transaction execution.
• Prepare materials for investment committees and presentations.
• Lead due diligence and negotiate transaction terms.

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in structured finance, asset-backed finance, or investment banking.
• Strong understanding of financing markets.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex ideas.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
