What You’ll Do

• Lead all capital calls, distributions, and cash flow operations across various funds
• Ensure processes are consistent and clear across teams
• Act as the go-to person for complex capital events
• Oversee the review and approval of cash flow documents
• Track capital call receipts and follow up on any issues
• Partner with internal teams on funding and closing deals

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field; CPA preferred
• 8+ years of experience in fund accounting, treasury, or cash flow operations within private markets
• Deep expertise in capital calls, distributions, investment funding, and cash flow mechanics
• Proven experience leading large teams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong judgment and executive presence in high-stakes situations
• Ability to partner cross-functionally and influence senior stakeholders
