Vice President, Corporate Development

Lankin Investments is looking for a Vice President of Corporate Development to join their team in Vaughan, Ontario. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building relationships, identifying business opportunities, and developing strategies to grow the firm’s presence in key markets. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in business development and a passion for real estate.

What You’ll Do

• Build and manage relationships with real estate and finance professionals.
• Design outreach programs to attract corporate partners.
• Identify business development opportunities that align with client goals.
• Develop strategies to grow awareness in key Canadian markets.
• Represent the firm at industry events and networking opportunities.
• Collaborate with clients on co-branded campaigns and initiatives.
• Track growth and report on key performance indicators.

What You Need

• 7+ years in business development or partnerships, ideally in real estate or finance.
• Strong network in real estate, finance, or professional services.
• Great communication skills and ability to build relationships.
• Proven success in securing partnerships or business opportunities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
• Familiarity with real estate investments and syndications is essential.
