Vice President, Credit Analyst – Ares Insurance Solutions

Ares Management is looking for an experienced credit professional to join their investment team at Ares Insurance Solutions. In this role, you’ll be involved in sourcing, underwriting, and monitoring fixed income and private credit investments. You’ll work closely with senior professionals to evaluate opportunities and prepare investment recommendations, making a significant impact on the investment process.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct detailed credit analysis of potential investments
• Evaluate financial performance and industry dynamics
• Participate in due diligence meetings with various stakeholders
• Prepare investment recommendations for internal committees
• Monitor existing investments and prepare portfolio reviews
• Support evaluation of credit origination platforms

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in credit analysis, leveraged finance, or related fields
• Strong understanding of corporate credit fundamentals and financial statement analysis
• Experience preparing investment committee memoranda
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
