This role is all about building relationships and expanding their investor base, particularly among family offices and high net worth individuals. You’ll be working closely with leadership and have the autonomy to manage the fundraising process from start to finish.
What You’ll Do
- Expand the investor base by networking with family offices and independent RIAs.
- Lead investor meetings and pitch presentations with confidence.
- Manage the entire fundraising process from initial meetings to closing deals.
- Stay updated on market trends and investor preferences.
- Collaborate with the investment team to communicate strategies effectively.
- Help create investor materials and marketing strategies.
What You Need
- 5+ years of experience in capital raising, especially in private wealth or real estate finance.
- Proven track record of raising capital from family offices and high net worth individuals.
- Strong understanding of private credit and real estate structures.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Highly organized and proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Experience in boutique private credit or specialty finance is a plus.
