What You’ll Do
- Lead investments from sourcing to execution
- Conduct due diligence and structure transactions
- Negotiate terms and work closely with management teams
- Help shape the investment strategy and build the fund
- Collaborate with partners and contribute to firm growth
What You Need
- At least 2 years in a high-performance environment like strategy consulting or investment banking
- 2 years of transaction and due diligence experience, ideally in private equity
- Strong financial modeling and investment analysis skills
- Experience leading commercial and operational due diligence
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in both German and English
