This role involves supporting ESG integration for new investments and engaging with portfolio companies. The ideal candidate will work closely with various teams to enhance sustainability practices and drive value creation.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with the Investment Group to assess ESG issues for investment targets
- Engage with portfolio companies to develop ESG action plans
- Build relationships with external asset managers for ESG best practices
- Conduct research on ESG topics impacting investments
- Support the development of ESG tools and guidelines
- Prepare updates on ESG activities and trends
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Public Policy, Sustainability, or related fields; Master’s degree preferred
- At least ten years of experience in ESG integration or sustainable investing
- Strong understanding of ESG opportunities and risks
- Collaborative and agile in working across diverse teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with AI tools is a plus
