Vice President, Finance & Operations

Carlyle AlpInvest is looking for a Vice President to join their Finance & Operations team. This role involves managing Portfolio Finance deals and collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have strong finance and accounting experience, and will play a key role in supporting the development of junior team members.

What You’ll Do

• Help manage the deal closing process for Portfolio Finance transactions
• Coordinate with various teams to execute fund and deal closings
• Oversee liquidity management and compliance reporting
• Review financial statements and assist with investor communications

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Finance or Accounting
• 10+ years of experience in Financial Services
• Experience with Private Equity and Fund of Funds structures is a plus
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and fund accounting
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office suite
