  • 2 years of experience as a Financial Analyst in a B2B Software-Focused Private Equity Firm or as a Corporate Investment Banking Program Analyst
  • Experience in evaluating publicly traded software businesses
  • Familiarity with investment committee materials preparation
  • Ability to coordinate with lenders and facilitate sales
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
