Vice President, Fund Operations – Insurance

The Vice President of Fund Operations at Blackstone Credit & Insurance will play a crucial role in managing client relationships and ensuring operational excellence. This position involves overseeing the onboarding of new clients, managing investment portfolios, and collaborating with various internal teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the insurance industry and a strong understanding of investment operations.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee onboarding of new clients and ensure smooth product launches
• Manage investment portfolios and meet service level agreements
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams
• Coordinate the period end close process with various stakeholders
• Work with tech teams to improve workflows
• Help clients design new reporting needs
• Resolve issues as the senior escalation point for clients
• Stay updated on new product and deal pipelines

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 8+ years of relevant experience
• Strong understanding of the insurance industry preferred
• Experience managing global teams is a plus
• Familiarity with Private Credit and Real Estate investments is beneficial
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented and results-driven
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
