What You’ll Do
- Lead ESG integration across Global Credit investment teams.
- Work with deal teams to include ESG in due diligence and investment materials.
- Support borrower engagement on sustainability topics.
- Oversee ESG data collection and reporting for credit portfolios.
- Implement ESG-related regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure alignment on ESG strategies.
What You Need
- 5-10 years of experience in credit investing or sustainability/ESG.
- Strong understanding of credit markets and transaction processes.
- Experience embedding ESG into investment workflows.
- Familiarity with ESG-linked financings and sustainability reporting.
- Excellent project management and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
