Blackstone is looking for a Vice President to join their Private Wealth team, focusing on building strategic partnerships in the Defined Contribution channel. This role involves managing relationships with key partners and coordinating with internal teams to drive the adoption of alternative investment solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in asset management and strong relationship management skills.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain relationships with key distribution partners in the Defined Contribution space.
  • Lead the execution of opportunities and onboarding processes for partners.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support fundraising initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and share insights with the team.
  • Prepare presentations and updates for senior management.
  • Oversee logistics for meetings and events to ensure smooth execution.

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA/CFA is a plus).
  • 7+ years of experience in asset management, investment banking, or consulting.
  • Experience as a senior-level key account manager with private banks or wirehouse firms.
  • Series 7 license required.
  • Experience in selling or marketing alternative investment products.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Self-starter and independent worker.
