Vice President, Government Affairs

What You’ll Do

• Help shape and execute the Government Affairs strategy
• Monitor and analyze policy changes that affect the firm
• Engage with policymakers and represent the firm at meetings
• Prepare materials for discussions with stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on policy viewpoints
• Manage relationships with trade groups
• Provide insights on legislative proposals
• Assist with government matters related to portfolio companies

What You Need

• Bachelor’s Degree required, advanced degrees preferred
• 8-10 years of experience in government affairs or related fields
• Strong writing skills for policy documents and legislative language
• Good understanding of financial services policies and relationships
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work well with diverse teams
• High integrity and discretion in handling sensitive matters
