The ideal candidate will have extensive HR experience, particularly in immigration, and will be comfortable working in a dynamic, global environment.
What You’ll Do
- Act as a HR Business Partner for investment professionals in the Americas.
- Translate global HR programs into local initiatives for the U.S. and Brazil.
- Advise on immigration processes and compliance.
- Design and deliver employee engagement and development programs.
- Support business leaders with performance management and employee relations.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure effective HR outcomes.
- Lead HR technology rollouts for the region.
What You Need
- At least 7 years of HR experience, especially in Immigration.
- 3 years of experience working with senior stakeholders.
- Experience in the Financial Services industry is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Undergraduate degree required, SPHR preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Comfortable in a hands-on role with diverse responsibilities.
