Vice President, Infrastructure Opportunities

Ares Management is looking for a Vice President to join their Infrastructure Opportunities team in New York. This role involves evaluating and executing investments in various infrastructure sectors, including renewable energy and transportation. The ideal candidate will have strong financial skills and experience in private equity or related fields. You’ll be part of a collaborative team focused on driving value and performance in a growing industry.

What You’ll Do

• Work closely with investment teams to find and evaluate new opportunities
• Lead due diligence and deal structuring processes
• Prepare financial models and quantitative analyses
• Monitor and report on the performance of investments
• Interface with management teams and external partners
• Mentor and manage junior team members

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 6+ years in private equity, project finance, investment banking, or related fields
• Strong finance and analytical skills
• Excellent financial modeling abilities in Excel
• Great communication skills, both verbal and written
• Industry knowledge in energy or infrastructure is a plus
