Analyst, Investor Services

This role at Blackstone involves managing fund onboarding projects and providing client services within their Private Wealth division. You’ll work closely with various internal and external partners to ensure smooth operations and support high-net-worth investors. What You’ll Do

• Manage fund onboarding projects for various distribution platforms
• Ensure operational services are delivered effectively
• Provide daily client servicing and support
• Troubleshoot issues with minimal oversight
• Plan and execute various projects and initiatives
• Support team members to maintain high performance

What You Need

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1+ years for Analyst, 4+ years for Associate, 7+ years for VP in financial industry
• Strong communication skills in Japanese and English
• Understanding of fund structuring is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Proficient in Microsoft 365
