What You Need

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1+ years for Analyst, 4+ years for Associate, 7+ years for VP in financial industry
  • Strong communication skills in Japanese and English
  • Understanding of fund structuring is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365
