What You’ll Do
- Build scalable and secure applications using cloud technologies.
- Develop and integrate web applications and microservices.
- Write automated tests to ensure code quality.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and code reviews.
- Provide technical support and automate tasks.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team culture.
What You Need
- 7+ years of software engineering experience, especially in C# and/or Python.
- Hands-on tech lead experience, collaborating with various teams.
- Self-starter with a passion for mentoring and teamwork.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservice architectures.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Background in fixed-income trading systems is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
