What You’ll Do

• Work closely with portfolio companies to drive improvements and create value
• Lead complex transaction processes from start to finish
• Identify and evaluate investment opportunities in Mexico and Latin America
• Mentor and support junior team members

What You Need

• MBA from a top-tier program preferred; relevant experience considered
• Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university
• 4-7 years of experience in growth equity or private equity
• Proven track record of successful private equity transactions
• Experience working with management teams
• Fluent in English and Spanish
