What You’ll Do
- Co-manage deal teams and oversee financial modeling and valuation for new investments.
- Synthesize diligence findings into clear investment theses.
- Support deal structuring, negotiations, and transaction execution.
- Partner with portfolio companies on strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
- Analyze performance metrics and support board-level reporting.
- Contribute to sourcing efforts and evaluate new investment ideas.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative culture.
What You Need
- 3-8+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking, consulting, or a related field.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Interest in education, workforce, and impact-oriented investing.
- Ability to lead diligence workstreams and manage junior team members (for VP candidates).
- Experience working directly with management teams and senior stakeholders (for VP candidates).
- Exceptional work ethic and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel up to ~25%.
