Vice President, Fund Investment & Managed Solutions

Hamilton Lane is looking for a Vice President/Principal to join their Fund Investment and Managed Solutions team in San Francisco. This role involves building strong client relationships, overseeing portfolio management, and leading due diligence processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in private markets and a passion for client service.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain strong client relationships on the West Coast.
• Lead client coverage and manage junior team members.
• Oversee portfolio construction and quarterly reviews.
• Conduct market updates and handle client communications.
• Manage fund manager relationships and due diligence processes.
• Present investment deals to the committee.

What You Need

• 10+ years of experience in finance or private markets.
• A university degree; a Master’s or CFA is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to travel.
• Fluency in English is required.
