VP, Private Asset Servicing

The VP of Private Asset Servicing at Blackstone Credit & Insurance will manage the lifecycle of private loans and securities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in bank debt operations and a strong understanding of credit financial instruments.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the lifecycle of private loans and securities.
• Act as a point of escalation for issues.

• Oversee day-to-day activities of the global team.
• Identify process gaps and implement solutions.
• Provide training and support for new team members.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in bank debt operations.
• Strong knowledge of credit financial instruments.
• Experience with Advent Geneva is a must.
• Hands-on experience with reconciliations and lifecycle management.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
