VP, Private Capital Group

Blackstone is looking for a VP in their Private Capital Group in London. This role involves developing relationships with family offices and institutional investors to grow assets under management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in alternative investments and excellent communication skills. What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain relationships with family offices and institutional investors.
• Communicate Blackstone’s investment strategies clearly to clients.
• Conduct regular client meetings to foster trust and rapport.
• Collaborate with product and investment teams for client onboarding.
• Gather feedback from clients to improve offerings.
• Work with marketing to create educational materials.
• Participate in industry conferences to represent Blackstone.

What You Need

• 6-10 years of sales experience in alternative investments.
• Proven success in building long-term relationships and raising assets.
• Strong knowledge of alternative investment strategies and capital markets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage with clients in solution-oriented discussions.
• Strong organizational skills and client-oriented approach.
• Self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Bachelor’s Degree; advanced degree or CFA preferred.
