What You’ll Do
- Manage the due diligence process and conduct primary research.
- Lead evaluation and deal execution, coordinating with juniors and seniors.
- Prepare investment memos and negotiate transaction agreements.
- Mentor and develop junior team members.
What You Need
- 4-6 years of experience in Private Credit.
- 2 years in Investment Banking and 2 years in buyside Private Credit preferred.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Strong Excel skills, including building LBO and complex operating models.
- Excellent research and due diligence skills.
- Proactive and able to drive projects to completion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team player.
- Ability to manage and develop junior team members.
