What You’ll Do
- Identify and analyze new investment opportunities in the UK and Europe.
- Manage the due diligence process and conduct key financial analyses.
- Lead deal evaluation and execution, coordinating with junior team members.
- Prepare investment memos and negotiate transaction agreements.
- Mentor and support junior team members in their development.
What You Need
- 4-6 years of experience in Private Credit.
- 2 years in Investment Banking and 2 years in buyside Private Credit.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong Excel skills, including building LBO and complex operating models.
- Excellent research and due diligence skills.
- Proactive and able to drive projects to completion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team player.
- Ability to manage and develop junior team members.
