What You Need

• 5–7+ years of experience in banking, asset management, or consulting.
• Strong focus on private debt investments.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
