What You’ll Do

• Be the go-to expert for 1031 exchange real estate strategies.
• Work with investment teams to create effective product messaging and sales strategies.
• Provide updates on investments and market trends to sales teams and clients.
• Help with due diligence questionnaires and ensure accurate information is shared.
• Create engaging content for clients and advisors.
• Join client meetings to share insights and updates.
• Collaborate with various teams to support broader initiatives.
• Travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.

What You Need

• 7+ years in asset management, investment banking, consulting, or wealth management.
• Experience with 1031 exchanges and tax-deferred real estate investments.
• Strong understanding of private real estate markets and investment structures.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Collaborative mindset with a sense of ownership.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• MBA and/or CFA preferred, but not required.
