Vice President, Private Wealth Solutions

Hamilton Lane is looking for a Vice President to join their Private Wealth Solutions team in Canada. This role focuses on building relationships with Advisors and wealth management platforms, particularly major banks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development and a passion for private markets. Expect to travel frequently and engage with clients to drive growth.

What You’ll Do

• Build relationships with Canadian bank platforms and wealth management firms.
• Support existing investors and help them with their needs.
• Create investment materials tailored for the Canadian market.
• Proactively seek new business opportunities.
• Engage in high levels of business development activities.

What You Need

• 5+ years of experience in business development or sales.
• Strong track record in distributing investment products to Advisors.
• Established relationships within Canadian wealth management platforms.
• Understanding of private markets is a plus.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to travel frequently.
