VP, Product Manager, APAC Private Equity Technology

Blackstone is looking for a VP Product Manager to join their APAC Alternative Asset Management Technology team in Singapore. This role involves owning the technology roadmap for Private Equity and Investor Relations, working closely with business teams to identify needs, and translating those into actionable product requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services and a passion for building new products that enhance user experience.

What You’ll Do

• Own the technology roadmap for Private Equity and Investor Relations.
• Work with business teams to identify technology needs and solutions.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements.
• Identify opportunities for automation and better data flows.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and technology platforms.
• Coordinate integrations with other teams and platforms.

What You Need

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of experience in financial services or related roles.
• Strong understanding of user needs and business processes.
• Experience creating product documentation like BRDs and PRDs.
• Ability to work with engineering and business teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and delivery tools.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
